Los Angeles Hostel

Hello everyone! 

I have a pair of friends in Paris (husband and wife) who own and operate a very successful hostel in Paris and they have visited Los Angeles multiple times in search of a Hostel to purchase as they would like to relocate here and operate a hostel. If anyone has a lead on a hostel or a potential listing I would greatly appreciate it.
