It’s interesting the little conflict points that are there to catch you and test your calmness.  

However, none of the courts seem willing to test this.

Easiest way to find out for your self use some spam emails and set up test accounts most of the different software have free versions.Hope that helps!

If they do not hold pressure or you have leaks, most plumbers can handle testing and pressurizing your system.Only use licensed and insured people for this kind of work. 

This(If I were you I'd keep my options and mind open to buying either or.) has been our recent thought, and was glad to see you thought the same, and yeah I agree, going with the multifamily does make more sense initially if we can find the right place.I created a spreadsheet that allows us to input just a few variables such as purchase price and estimated monthly rents, and it will give a general estimate of Total Monthly Cash Flow, Per Door Cash Flow, Cash on Cash ROI, 50% Rule, 1% Test/Rule and even FHA Self Sufficiency Test (only for 3-4 unit).

The tenants that I rented to that took the test have all been good tenants.

I just wanted to go off of what Holly said and say that contrary to her suggestion for seeking a "non self-space" learning environment, I went with the 100% online Kaplan real estate courses (because I happen to be a good self learner) and was able to complete my states 90 hours of education in about a month in my free time and was able to pass both the state and national test first try without any concern.

Hi @Kedian West - I just completed my coursework with Real Estate Express and will be taking the Georgia test in a few weeks.
