What's a "reasonable" amount of trash will vary by family size and lifestyle.it may be reasonable to expect that furniture, appliances, and tires are not thrown in the dumpster.

The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, lots of cabinets, granite counter tops with granite back splash, modern sink and fixtures.

We still want the property and it seems to be the fault of a broken appliance not the inspector (as it should have been obvious while we were there for 3 hours).
