Need contractors for Atlanta suburb TLC project

Hey all,

I am under contract for a property in Morrow, Georgia which needs TLC. I have a detailed inspection report. Along with repairs, I would like to remove & replace certain elements of the property to make it rentable as soon as possible(Before Nov 1st). 

Considerations -

- Remove & Replace entire flooring with LVT (materials under $1.5/sq.ft.)

- Repaint the entire interior with white paint(along with some drywall repairs)

- Remove and Replace appliances (Refrigerator, microwave, oven & dishwasher)

- Replacing garage door opener, cleaning leaks, Fixing door trim & side vinyl etc.

I am looking for good contractors for this project. Any referrals would be highly appreciated. I can share more details privately.
