I’m 2 months into using this program.

Purchase price: $204,000 Cash invested: $30,000 This deal was an almost brand new construction in an up and coming area on the outskirts of Houston, TX.

Usually, this is where there are issues which tends to happen after transporting the home to the end location. 

Kansas City, Cincinnati, Cleveland, and DetroitAnyone out there that does this sort of investing that the article is talking about, and successful at it.

Does your PM Agreement address this?
