At one of the Self Directed IRA events a colleague suggested I read this book: The Power of Zero, Revised and Updated: How to Get to the 0% Tax Bracket and Transform Your Retirement by David McKnight. 

I'm apprehensive about trying to sand it with a power sander as the roof has an uneven texture on it. 

They did lower the licensing requirements about 6 months ago, which is frustrating because it didn't help me but I could have started a year later and still finished in the same amount of time.That being said, I think it's a career that may be the most ideal and powerful one to align with being an investor.

I've read many books, but the massive value packaged into my cell phone is extremely powerful.
