Hi my name is Sam, just moved to the DMV area and looking for tips on how to to began finding wholesale deals throughout the DMV. I'm looking into created a LLC and developing a power team before diving in. If there is anyone with experience or is willing to lend any pointers on how to get started I would love to hear from you.
