So I've been using Rentler.com for years and like for its simplicity and low fees.

I plan on rehabbing the property and refi within a year.  

I'd rather learn the ins and outs of deal flow from a millionaire next door type that has an aol email address, no social media accounts, drives an old truck, and buys his clothes at Costco.

Essentially, you're going to have to work a bit harder on the social level vs a guy with the same experience as you but is 40 years old. 

One of my associates pointed me to this website years ago, the Mortgage Grapevine, or MortgageGrapevine.com.

Then they're still paying the bill but you don't have to deal with multiple account switches every year.
