the only way around that would be to not tell your insurance company, but fraud lays you wide open to all sorts of bad things.There are companies that won't insure roofs older than 15 years.There are insurance companies that won't do STR at all.

They are worse than amateur.Just google "professional real estate photos" to see what they're supposed to look like.If I were a prop mgr, I would be embarrassed to watermark those photos with my company name.If you don't have a wide angle lens dslr camera, at the very least get a wide angle attachment for your phone.Photos need to be slightly photoshopped to show the house in its best light.
