Build is absolutely garbage.... they’ve had a house on my street for sale for nearly a year.... they’re game has been figured out for the most part.... they prey on young investors.... absolute trash

You and I and other locals will usually do better than those numbers since we're out here beating the bushes and streets personally.However, we're putting a lot more time into finding the deals, so it may be a wash.

The street has to be walkable.
