Another oddity with Auction is how they would bid up the price even if no one was actively bidding, which is supposed to reflect the lender's higher minimum bid above the opening bid.

Makes most sense to have one person do your taxes that has been advising and keeping records with regard to your investments and businesses, but I suppose if you really needed to keep your tax guy, you could still use a CPA as a resource and just pay them for their advice throughout the year.
