I would give Vacasa, Parrish, Suite Paradise etc all 3/10.   

I'm not in the industry myself but most of the bigger investors in this new business wear three piece suits and don't smoke.

There are many consulting firms all over that consult, but often times, they are dedicated to consulting work instead of contractor work.Based on these factors, ask whether the job on your table is suited for them.

We come in just under the luxury apartments- but same demographic.They are able to save hundreds on rent compared to the very few apartments with en suite.
