As far as invoices and payments, I've run across Cozy.co and paypals inbuilt invoicing feature, but I'm not sure if either will be sufficient for them and for them to proceed with a lending application. 2.

My token of contribution here is to say that for Dorchester, depending on where you go you will find better deals on C, D neighborhoods; however as far as Medford, we have already missed the boat and numbers don't make sense out there anymore unless you get deals off MLS.Good luck and feel free to reach out - I am always open to get together for a cup of coffee the next time you are in Somerville.Flavio

Today- many smaller companies are paid a small amount per month to keep you "active" and sponsor you. ( I pay $45/month) with a token $300 or so per each transaction you do ( a closing taking place) - and you keep the rest.
