I expect most service people have good training that can help you succeed.  

It creates an understanding - the Seller wants to see you succeed - because when you do he also benefits.Always make full disclosures, do not try to get over on anyone for a profit - be kind and open - One of the most important thing I do when negotiating with sellers is to tell them; "My goal is to make a reasonable profit."

You strike me as someone who would have succeeded no matter which training class you took.

I wouldn’t mind working from the ground up in order to learn the ropes or assist in any way possible to help you succeed in your endeavors.

I know there are snakes, but there are just as many, if not more, good, professional, and diligent agents who want to help their investor clients succeed wildly.  

I would like to find a network of people that could give me advice or tips&tricks to succeed in the NWA and River Valley area.

If the loan mod does not succeed, they leave it alone unless they like the existing loan terms.To take over the loan FIRST and then try to get the loan terms changed is a silly way to do this IMO.

I know some people would disagree with the content, some people wouldn't care but I think it should be allowed to succeed or fail based on weather people want to pay to go see it or not but sadly it wasn't even given that chance.
