If I want more cashflow should I be considering MTR in Denver, LTR in cheaper out of state markets, or another option I’m unaware of? 

So in the day it was common for me to fund a loan in my company name then over the course of the next 30 days or so assign out our interest so we could fund another loan.Generally in CA up to 10 investors on one note is acceptable after that in my day you had to do a securities filing. 

Does your state have a redemption period? 

I do have those who show up stating “but my cats are clean” or “it was only one eviction” which I just say no, but I’ve also had those who may be slightly off income but have a qualified co-signer, or a lower credit score but it was for a medical bill or student loan, and they worked out well.

Hi BP community,There was a recent ordinance passed in the state of Missouri (specifically the actual city of Kansas City) pertaining to whether or not landlord's can review and deny tenant applications based on sources of income.

I have spoken with my attorney about this and he generally feels like I should not use the operating company structure at all.

Question is:Self manage out of state?
