That was solid advice because if you have your own agent then you have someone looking out for your interests.

I think that if the LL wats to require applicants be vaccinated there will be a solid pool of folks that will *happily* apply and feel safer knowing everyone living in the building is vaxxed.

Hey David, The rent analysis will vary slightly depending on the PM as it's more of an art than a science, but they should have MLS access to pull the most recent comps to get a solid value for your rental.

@Matthew Evora Meriden is like the other small cities in the state, there are 1-2 areas to stay away from, but the majority of the areas are solid for a house hack.
