Rental Property Prospects in Greenfield & Other Suburbs

Hello Hoosiers! 

I was curious to know if any other rental property investors have found success in areas around Greenfield and maybe down as far as Shelbyville, IN. I still like the long-term prospects of Indy, but I'm seeing some promising numbers and opportunities in the surrounding suburbs. Hope to hear your thoughts!
