Hi Sean, I’m not sure where you are with this but I found it helpful to go to the Airbnb app itself put in your location (hit skip for any options) and reach out to the hosts directly with questions.Do so with hosts that are newer but have some experience which would be hosts with 50-90 reviews.

I don't have any hard data to support my opinion, but I would never skip staging the houses I flip.
