If they are to move out in Friday (and paid rent up to and including Friday) and then they stay another two weeks-you take that amount of rent from their deposit when they leave plain and simple. 

Simple solution is work something out with the guest outside of the platform.

Fortunately new construction is a pretty simple beast to understand.The builder is chiefly concerned with the comp they are setting with each sale, because it affects their own future profits.

@Joshua Simms Once you go through the experience of purchasing a home you'll realize how simple it is.

At this point fired him and decided to take it out and start over on the DIY path to save the already wasted $$$ and time.

I understand that a simple Google search can point me in a direction, but I'd like some REAL advice from some REAL investors.
