You have no idea how much it pains me to defend brokers as a homogenous class. 

If he does do something it will be very minimal and will be a very painful application process to get the government funds to do (what gov program isnt a painful application process?).

All new investors are seeking the latest shiny object that reveals the secret sauce. 

If I want to "sell" a property, I've got to manually update things and a lot of the nested IF statements are a pain, etc.
