They are scheduled to close on Monday (FHA) and yesterday the lender ran the CAIVRS report and they are on there.

Here are the reasons why:1 - A large company will treat a small job as a fill in, and will schedule it accordingly2 - A small company won't be able to handle a large job.OK, two more things, and please don't feel the need to get defensive...this is a very common hurdle for almost every REI.

@Alyssa Mccourt Depends on the buyer or investor.If you are planning medium to major value-add renovations and rent bumps, AND the property is smaller in size, under 4-5 units, then taking an empty property can vastly speed up your renovation schedule.
