I've been reading the Rich Dad series since I was 17 years old (I'm now 30), and have read articles here and there, watched a few videos, and even attended a Than Merrell 3-day workshop but backed out at the $50,000 price tag on their continued 'education'.

I have been listening to the BP Podcast (one a day), have been watching Graham Stephans videos, ordered The Snowball and Rich Dad Poor Dad (in mail) and been breaking down the podcast episodes with my mother.

I watched hours of YouTube videos & I have a good basic understanding of real estate.

Watch a few videos from Brandon on YouTube and learn how to analyze.

But in any case they told me without someone seeing him actually do it or video of it that it doesn’t hold up in court either civally (to sue him) or criminally.

You need to get in the dirt, roll up the sleeves, and do whatever it takes to learn, like Gary Vee says in all his YT videos.
