I need additional vents installed at the base of a brick house in the Heights (needs more air flow).

Obviously, the deal would have to be such we can cover most if not all of the expenses off of the rented units, but if not, could we possibly AirBnB the unit listed as a primary residence to make up the remainder of expenses, or for additional cash flow? 

Any additional thoughts??

For four tenants, need additional driveway/parking (probably going with permeable plastic laid on the grass - I have this at my house and I love it, and no permit needed for a pad). 

If there's no obvious mold, and it's just a case of California Crazy, then the tenant should pay for the test - but the landlord should have let her know there would be a charge, or, more properly, told the tenant after an inspection revealed nothing that was the LL's issue that she would have to get her own test.

For example I've already made additional payments of about $2,500 again for $1,400 and now maybe for $3,346. 

Additionally, ask your hazard insurance carrrier how the transfer would affect your existing hazard insurance and business liability coverage.

I have calculated that it will cost at least $6k to pay for county permits etc to get that addition permitted retroactively.
