There is a ton of due diligence you will need to develop a park and it could take two years or longer before you start to see cash flow and returns but for the long-term I think they are a good bet.Texas only allows 7 homes per acre state wide and there are further limitations on well and septic vs. municipal utilities.

I suspect the above notice was never provided, meaning the tenant may sue you and the well known company as a co-defendant for the return of the deposit, or you may have a third party complaint against the well known company, if the well known company is not named as a defendant in the initial lawsuit.

They tend to need to be convinced more that you can return their money along with interest.I use hard money lenders on almost all of my property acquisitions because they are able to lend quickly and they put another set of eyes on the property which can be helpful from getting into a bad deal.
