I was born and raised in the Volusia County so I'm pretty familiar with the different neighborhoods and places to avoid. 

So I can't rely on a raising rate to force the mortgage down.

I am looking to raise rent 5% in new lease.

Now they are raising prices to 75 per month for 60 units.

Can you raise rents to increase value? 

I've only done commercial RE renos with a 'plugged-in' architect and 'connected' expeditors.Even though it's under the clean image of Fulop, the muscle memory and the seedy institutions that make it the most corrupt city in the history of the United States live on indefinitely.  

s others have raised, I would also consider who you are buying from.  

I live, was born and raised, in a small town called Scappoose outside of Portland OR. 

Personally, I am a workaholic and was raised to work 7 days a week with long days (so I could spend time with the family during the daylight.) 

*A month to month lease is an option as well- keep in mind that raising the rent after a lease has ended is common practice.
