Example; if you get a listing that say is in distress or going to  be in distress at some point in time and you know they would take less than market value for the property but since now you represent the seller you must work on getting them the highest and best price the market will bare.

My initial thought was if I go to the listing agent they will get a greater commission playing duel agent, now I'm wondering if that leaves me with no one looking out for me.My most pressing question: tomorrow I have 3 appointments with 3 different listing agents at 3 different properties.

Could anyone share information regarding obtaining a list of pre-foreclosures in York County, SC?
