I'd also like to hear if any progress has been made in devising the "Deals on Wheels" in a compliant manner.I'll wager too, that most RMLOs originating seller financed transactions are not compliant as originators for third party, unregulated lenders and they aren't even aware of it.

A lot of your posts are "I can't, I don't want, I can't, you're at the end of your rope, you can't eat, etc" and this negative outlook is only going to drag you down more and worsen your mood.

The personal development practices have worked wonders as I am much more strong mentally and have acquired many useful skills.I work at Apple and have made excellent progress moving up in the company.

My GC business is still a work in progress as I just started it 3 months ago.
