It seemed very strange because I did a test with a pressure gauge and there was no plumbing leak, and the ground is very, very frozen outside so it shouldn't be seepage from outside.

Lehigh acres and all sorts fo other low value high profit stuff. and a group got together and sued them on a Rico act.. but all the same issues. high pressure sales over paying for assets.. not mentioning that low value assets are tough to manage. which they simply are.. no matter what or who tells you differently.. you can get lucky but more times than not your experience will be the norm.
