I really believe in doing things that way especially in regards to the finding of contractors… make It a focus to find them via references from others.And if you get time, add a profile picture here, and make a ton of connections here and on all social platforms.

As I understand it, Furnished Finder is just a listings platform and does not assist with leases or anything else, correct?

I wish they would encourage an app on the phone, it is often hard to utilize the website on an iphone.

I personally have used the legal by state forms on the BP platform, such a valuable tool to have.

As a lender, depending on what exact space you are in, you have to be careful about expressing thoughts on topics of this sort which can result in a law suit if you are stating that the lender has a lending policy that essentially encourages tip toeing around certain neighborhoods (redlining).

I might encourage you to do the same, call on a few properties that have recently been recently renovated and talk to the people who flipped those houses.

In fact, I would argue you've encouraged it.
