I am a 21 year old soon to be REI, i have been looking at multiple properties in the Myrtle Beach, SC area.

There is no way I’d touch a 400k beach condo that cash flows $800.

It appears many of the beachfront condos in/around Myrtle Beach are the hotel-style in which all units have the same carpet, furniture, etc.
