Hi All:I'm working a deal with an abandoned property that has an old Associates Financial Services Company attached.

Is there a commercial unit attached to the property?

I was told by a broker that you'd use the standard listing process and paperwork and then attach an addendum spelling out the specifics of the realtors commission and assignment fee.

Reason being is you can divorce the emotional attachment and just evaluate the numbers and facts.
