The interface is very user friendly and  not overwhelming.

If you can pitch to a private lender and explain they provide 90% of capital and get 10% (or whatever) of profit and future equity... more power to you.

We have been looking at properties virtually and are able to make trips out if/as needed which we have done to look at properties and build our power teams.

We have thought of selling our $2,500,000 of rental houses (owned outright) and participating in syndications, but we would be very little fish, so have very little power.
