Have they put it on the local MLS with a commission offer to other agents?

I would get an attorney involved and ask about the ramifications of keeping it.The place was sold free-and-clear.

I have my cleaners at Turno, which means they bid on my offers in order to get hired, so sometimes their prices are the same as my fees.

He offered me a deal he had PRE NEGOTIATED, it was a SFR worth $50-55k (remember this is 1982-1983) for $55,000 with $5,000 down and owner financing of $50,000 over 20 years at the then unheard of interest rate of 7% ( new financing was available at 11% +).  

I am often amazed on larger deals when buyers send in cash offers with nothing more than an LOI or contract offer.

I mistakenly signed a contract to sell my house with a cash buyer company.Ignorant of the process, I now have questions regarding renegotiating or request to amend contract.1) Earnest money was not offered by his minion.

My question is, who should I call in regards to making offer.
