Seller in Contract with Cash Buyer

Mina Balakhani
Posted

I mistakenly signed a contract to sell my house with a cash buyer company.

Ignorant of the process, I now have questions regarding renegotiating or request to amend contract.

1) Earnest money was not offered by his minion. Company owner has Not seen my home yet should I ask for the earnest money Before he comes to see the house? Or at the time of our appt?

He has already agreed verbally to give us earnest money

2) Our terms, conditions, and contingency we discussed with said minion we're not included in the contract.

How do we go about having them added to the contract ?

Again owner said he is open to adding additional terms and conditions..... His wording is such that he may not proceed with integrity, so looking for information and guidance

Thanks in advance for helpful comments
