Since there are many more listings competing on the market than in previous years, it’s crucial to prepare a listing to stand out among the rest and work to address buyer objections prior to going on market.

Being a young real estate professional especially a newer one, i face many objections and obstacles daily!

I also wanted to make sure that my decision was not made in a haste and I was as objective as humanly possible when non-renewing. 

No system is perfect, so don't waste your time chasing after the next shiny object.

They will be able to approve plans for an ADU regardless of the coastal commissions objection or they would know what the status would be of any CC stoppages. 

That's not even measureable between investors because 'good' is subjective and has different values based on context and motivation.Please relate an objective measurement that you use to define a good deal.

Finding out what the risks are and whether they are financially viable is the main objective.

Personally, if an investment meets my objectives and I can be less hands on (i.e., turnkey properties where I am passive) then I would definitely buy that investment.
