Obviously over extended is very bad    However if you Have a choice of making 5% on 25k or 100k.

Impact Windows and doors is always the ideal choice especially here in Florida the only downside to them is the price..

I had no choice but take the chance to have realtors who were advertising the property for sale to also rent the units out.

I've heard a lot of podcasts and read a lot about sending out post cards and going to the courts to find the opportunities, but I'm not sure that's the greatest choice since I'm not in the position to pay all cash yet.

It is actually a matter of choice.
