That makes sense, although I'm not positive on the deeds since the property is located in an oil/gas county, so they charge like $150 just to access their records.

I pay gas for a two family building who utilities are not separated. so my tenant shows me their gas bill, in which by contract (lease) responsible for the gas. the bill was $680 and they said we must have a leak.

I am not sure what that is.The majority of my buyers will do the following: basic home inspection, termite inspection, radon inspection, sewer lateral (or septic) inspection, and gas/mechanical inspection.
