Of course I had some tough losses, but that why it’s limited to 10% (at my age; for someone younger might want that percentage much higher). 

We noticed it pretty much immediately (within a few hours of booking).  

They have a much higher ratio of police to residents, and as a result, they have more arrests than the neighboring communities. 

I was a little bit surprised, markets in Florida topped the list by a bit — I'd thought that, lower taxes aside, the huge insurance premiums would drive off would-be investors.Regardless, what makes sense for you is going to be specific to the type of investment strategy you're taking, but you could do much worse than looking at the cities mentioned above.
