Good Morning,Anyone know a modular home builder in the Olympia area who does Multi-Family 4 unit homes utilizing a VA construction loan?

I am really strong in Multifamily rehabs and I am searching for someone that can appreciate my work because this is my passion I wake up every morning so happy because I really love my job but right now the company that I am working for doesn't appreciate my work and I feel under paid, the way I work with my crews and my relationship with material suppliers is really valuable and I know there is someone out there that is searching for a person like me.

Europe, Middle-East, Asia, tropics you name it.

I need to make a move tomorrow morning.

My other question is, since the tenant is already in place and the owner is still willing to put me in the middle and allow me to sublease it to the tenant that is currently there, As much as I would like to get the option fee, but since the tenant is already there would you still have them put up a option fee?

I'm in the middle of a refinance on my home and will have some cash in the near future.

Renovation takes time, hurts occupancy, and if certain things (like kitchen cabinets) are in the middle of their life there's no need to look a gift horse in the mouth. 

I am not finding the middle ground or investors.

@Ned Carey  were I learned the notification rule .. was  we bought the middle of a new age church facility up in the Northern CA mountains.
