Hello my name is Armando Diaz I am a general contractor and I have been doing multifamily and home rehab renovations and through out the years I have met so much people and I have a strong relationship with wholesale material suppliers, I can get the Sheetrock for $5.00 a sheet when Home Depot has it for $11.50 I can get new complete kitchen cabinet sets for $400 and also the granite fabricated to any measurements in $400 any type of construction material you name it and I can get it on a good price I can beat any price Home Depot and Sherwin Williams give you for 20 percent less. In my contact list I have the number of remodeling crews that are professional but with the most reasonable prices me and this guy's have worked with eachother so long we can have any home in a month process. I am really strong in Multifamily rehabs and I am searching for someone that can appreciate my work because this is my passion I wake up every morning so happy because I really love my job but right now the company that I am working for doesn't appreciate my work and I feel under paid, the way I work with my crews and my relationship with material suppliers is really valuable and I know there is someone out there that is searching for a person like me.
