I look forward to this exciting new chapter in our life, and everyone who we will meet along the way.  

Give them the proceeds, continue to have them pay their mortgage from the rent proceeds.Hopefully they will live a good, long life and this situation continues for many years.However, when the inevitable happens, the house will be disposed of according to their will.  

I went to school at ECU and now live in DC (a drastically different pace of life). 

Presently I am active duty military and not stationed near Philadelphia, PA, where we will retire post-military life.

I'll look back at this in January and see in which direction I'm shaking my head...But don't buy based just on price and sacrifice your life to a long commute

Born in Dallas and lived here all my life. 

There are many people who don't get started until later in life and wish they had started earlier. 

Im currently a manager at a Gentelmans club in the Denver area but life in the south colorado springs area. 

Please note that, quality of life is very important as well as we will be living in the home for the next 2-3 years and we would like a very family friendly neighborhood.  

A lawyer will cost more than that and all the hassle involved,  life is too short to fight a ridiculous battle like this.
