I'm looking to get into the real estate market in Omaha, and eventually expand out of state - and I may possibly move out of the country.My little life story (this may help with any advice or resource recommendations):  I'm in my mid-30s, I've never owned property, and I haven't exactly been down the smoothest path in life (medical issues, anxiety issues, poverty, blah blah blah).
