You just want to be renting the spaces out, not maintaining the crusty old trailers.

So even if a resident doesn't move out at the end of their initial lease, this cleaning fee still remains to make certain some areas of the home remain clean year in and year out.Again, this is all speculation on my part though as maybe your landlord is surprisingly springing this expense upon you due to what sounds like possible roommates that haven't maintained the landlord's expectations of cleanliness.It may be best to take a close look at your lease to see how it addresses the charges associated with cleaning the home. 

There's a lot of seniors that are still active, but don't want the upkeep of larger homes, and would appreciate community, while maintaining privacy. 

We would like for the property to be maintained inside and out.

I am also passionate about doing this because it can improve local housing stock (better maintained), decrease individual living expenses, decrease loneliness, etc.
