I love it when the tenant uses their web-bill pay because they set it and forget it which results in on-time payments.

Also take with a grain of salt those that talk about high volume wholesaling on this web site.. remember these folks are from all over...

Those of you out there with your webinars for sale, coaching, products, paper work etc. how did you get started with the web design?

I've checked and both names are distinguishable, and there are acceptable web domains for both.
