What insurance are you all using for furnished medium term (30 days and more) private room rentals?

This can be advantageous because it often allows for more flexible terms, such as lower down payments and sometimes even lower interest rates.

Currently met lender  who offers extremely good terms. 7% int only split over 2 years.

I contacted State Auto, and they initially said that foundation issues were covered and provided terms and conditions for that.

I am a Realtor in NC with one mid term rental. 

I found this deal off market and found agreeable terms with the seller involving a midterm lease during renovation.

Most importantly, it helps you future project anticipated equity, cash flow and net worth based on whatever variables you want to input for things like appreciation, rental increases, loan terms, etc. 

In terms of actually going into the property, I did a check-in at 6 months on my properties, but not sure whether that's too much or too little.2.

I prefer not to evict so long as the portion is sent every month, even if it's not on time.
