I constantly watch the forums and read the blogs, as well as listen to the podcasts.

Back to before, when I say I'm studying I don't necessarily mean schooling, but more so reading and listening to the BiggerPockets real estate podcast, aswell as googling questions I have about the many different aspects of REI.

During these 5 years my father, who has always invested in the stock market, has listened to my growing pains and watched with interest. 

I've listened to almost all the podcasts and there is such a wealth of knowledge there.
