Hi,I just purchased a 3/2 single family home in Humble TX that needs some light repairs before putting it on the market.

Been wanting to renovate that and turn it into a sunroom, but prioritized other renovations first (only have so much time and energy when working a full time job and doing a live in DIY house hack).

Besides this the home will need  a total of eight (8) new exterior windows, deep cleaning, paint, new overhead fans and light fixtures. 

Ryan I would recommend performing a MAss Save energy assessment on this building.

I would like to gain experience in other larger multi-family or light commercial.
