I also doubt any court would find you negligent as a property owner for any incident with a police dog under the control of the handler, and the handler is always controlling the animal, even if he leaves the dog inside and runs to the store. :)

Also, we are financing the property, so we will need HO Ins before we close.Seems silly to me, as vacancies are expected in investor properties - I posed the question, "what happens when that tenant leaves, do you stop insuring the property?"

I know this is an old thread but I thought I'd leave my notes about currentforeclosures.com as I just looked at it.- All of the leads I looked at were on the MLS, some were REOs, but most were properties where the listed price was reduced.
