I’m looking to find, hire and train a team of people, likely overseas, to do a lot background research tasks for identifying target properties/leads for my biz, as well as a couple of US based folks to field the calls to homeowners.

Knowing that prospecting can lead to results is very helpful.

Does anyone know of a modular home (not mobile) company that does not have a crazy year plus lead time to delivery?

Where are you getting your leads for your cold calls?? 

I've been thinking of contacting other wholesalers in my area for their wasted leads: Low/no equity, meh motivation.
