People often ask if they could come by and seem my place and I balk because of concerns over liability.My website is [REMOVED] and I think that if I am able to establish Redbay cottage ( using my current paid for home) I will be able to offer people a unique opportunity to enjoy nature at my place and at nearby parks, while they stay in a centrally located 1900 sq ft cottage within walking distance to our towns new recreation center, skateboard park, numerous festivals, new childrens playground and many many seaside attractions.I have a lawyer who I feel comfortable working with and have read in these forums about establishing an LLC.

You might want to look around for a more competent party to do business with and perhaps go speak to a real estate lawyer to help you get the paperwork you need and rely less on the loan originator doing a good and proper job.

If you can get in good with a private lender (Doctor, Lawyer etc....) and you can develop a continued relationship with them, you wont lend a lending institution to lend you money.
